The previous website lacked a modern feel, was non responsive across platforms, very difficult to navigate and find technical information, but above all it lost customers on arrival due to un-friendly navigation menus.

Offering the highest-quality engineered loft ladders and associated products, supported by the very best technical advice, their customers can be confident that they are getting an access solution as good as the building that it is designed to be used in.

Selling mostly offline with a very limited offering, they were looking to sell more online. Targeting the website towards their primary niche markets of commercial and high-end residential customers, with scope to add additional ‘market/industry’ pages in the future. Stock management was managed manually and lacked control.

For Alex from Premier Loft to continue achieve the company’s mission, the website needed a complete overhaul to reflect the quality of their brand, products and service. Throughout the initial meeting we discussed how we can phase the project into 3 stages helping both Alex’s budget and peace of mind that each step was signed off in full, in turn leaving minimal chance of error.

The focus of the site was 2 fold; the brochure part to be clean, and scrolling with a liquid layout reflecting his brand, and then the shop sophisticated and informative, but simple to use. At this early stage Alex identified that having the ability to add and edit existing content himself as an important element. Therefore, we used a content management system that was user friendly that allows him to create or edit very simple amends to complex new products.

Following the project plan modus were able to achieve the set deadline including a larger catalogue of products than originally anticipated.




A Refined, Clear & Simple to use Responsive Webshop

The user experience has been refined to provide an elegant look but informative content. Using WooCommerce Premier Loft are able to build and sell products online but with added bespoke product layouts. Taking the basic WooCommerce platform but with a custom injection of modus flare enabled them to display a wealth of information and downloads specific to each product.

Over 40 pages of content, info and products…

Despite the high volume of pages, visitors are able to easily browse and locate products whether they’re on a mobile or desktop.
